A type of osteomyelitis that occurs in children and is characterized by inflammation of the bones, especially with lesions at the metaphyses of the long bones; pain, and joint swelling. Patients may or may not present with fever. This disorder may occur alone or together with psoriasis or Inflammatory Bowel Disease; may also occur with Majeed Syndrome.
